Went to Mane Image for my hair transplant. Here is a review of my experiences with them. 1st off Meagan the patient coordinator was amazing to deal with. She is super friendly, answered all my questions and made me comfortable the whole process, from consultation to the finished product. Speaking of consultation, the owner Leslie was so nice, informative of all the options and I never felt pressured, which is huge for me, I don't want to be sold I want to be informed and they did a great job of that at Mane Image. After deciding a hair transplant was the route I wanted to go, which I had in mind before I walked in. I had been doing research prior and I even have a friend who has had one. But after the consultation I was positive I was going to go through with it and that Mane Image was where I wanted to go. Day of the procedure I show up the staff is all ready to go, Dr. G was great at making me feel comfortable, as were his assistants Tina and Ruth, I knew I was in good hands. They explained again everything we were about to do, we discussed my desired hairline and drew it on. Shaved the area we would be transplanting on and moved to the operation room. After taking my vitals I recieved a sedative, fell asleep and away they went. I woke up after they had taken the donor strip stitched me up and made the incisions for the grafts to be placed. I was awake while they implanted the grafts just chatting with Meagan and the assistants, I didn't feel a thing. They finished I took a look at their beautiful work, and then got to enjoy a complimentary meal! Next day I followed up with Meagan for a wash and a laser treatment and I couldn't be more excited for the months to come. If you are on the fence about your hair thinning or balding or any issues in that department I'm telling you, go to Mane Image, the consultation is free, it's low pressure and I can bet they have something for you. For reference, I am a 36 year old male who has been balding and shaving my head since I was 21. You don't have to wait as long as I did. You won't regret taking this step.
